Failed Delivery
If you are not available when your parcel is originally delivered and it is returned to us by the delivery company, we will be happy to re-send your parcel providing that you cover the extra postage fees and any charges imposed on us by the delivering company. We will contact you by email upon receipt of your returned parcel.

We never record payment details through Jayne's Wool and Buttons as all payments are processed safely and securely through PayPal.
In addition to the information we temporarily collect, our site uses cookies to keep track of the items that you put in your basket so that we can process your order. These cookies are no longer active upon leaving the site, so your basket items will not be remembered if you choose to come back to the site later.

Promotions and Discounts
Valid promotional discount codes may be used on jayneswool.co.uk before the expiry date. To redeem the discount, please enter the discount code on the Shopping Cart page. Discounts online are only valid for orders delivered within the UK. Discounts will not be applied to delivery charges. Discounts may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer or deal.
Jayne's Wool and Buttons reserves the right to terminate discounts at any time.
Product Photographs
We have taken every care to provide the best possible digital photographs of our products. Please be aware, however, that each PC, tablet or phone screen will approximate these colours in a different way when displaying them. It may then be that the shade of colour of the product you receive may differ slightly from the photograph you see on our website. This is unavoidable and therefore you should take care when ordering by colour.
